● Heat Treatment (Quenching & Tempering): Enhances hardness (HRC 58-62) and wear resistance.
● Precision Grinding: Using centerless grinding technology to improve straightness and surface finish.
● Hard Chrome Plating (Cr layer thickness: 5-25μm): Enhances corrosion resistance and surface hardness.
● Polishing & Quality Inspection: Ensuring the surface roughness reaches Ra ≤0.4μm, followed by CMM measurement, hardness testing, and chrome layer thickness inspection for quality control.
