High Hardness
After quenching and tempering, the hardness of stainless steel long shaft is as high as HRC50~58, which can effectively prevent wear. High Straightness
The long shaft is first tested for straightness by laser equipment, and the shaft surface is straightened by roller extrusion, so that the straightness deviation of the entire shaft is controlled to ≤0.01mm/m, effectively reducing the vibration and noise caused by the axis deviation.
High Surface Finish
